Ahhh, white vinyl (PVC) fencing. 

The beauty of all fences, coming in all heights and styles.   While definately not the least expensive option, it is one of the more beautiful types of fence.  

 

 

Things to remember with PVC fencing.... it will require some maintenance if you have a sprinkler system running off a well.  There will be discoloration, which can be removed, but you will have to do that periodically.   Also, the wind again comes into play with PVC fencing.  Since the wind has no where to go (depending on the type you order), this will sometimes lead to the fence going over and will require repair. It is not a fault of the installation but of the elements.
